At Little Debbie, we strive to ensure every snack arrives fresh and delicious; however, due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we generally cannot accept returns. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please follow the steps below within 14 days of receipt for a resolution.

Return Process

    Upon arrival, carefully examine your snack cakes and treats for any signs of shipping damage or fulfillment errors.

    Email our team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to initiate a quality review.

    Provide Photographic Evidence

    Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product's 'Best By' date to help us improve our shipping process.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
